In case you haven’t heard of him yet, Jacob Whitesides is a 20-year-old singer-songwriter from Tenessee who gained recognition through his three eps: “3 AM”, released back in July 2014, “A Piece of Me” and “Faces on Film“, both released a year later, in February and October 2015. He also released his debut album “Why?” in September 2016 which included the singles “Lovesick“, “Focus” and “Open Book“. A few months later, in the beginning of 2017, he toured all over Europe with the “Lovesick Tour” and, consequently, all over America with the “Basically Happy tour”.
He has, since then, taken a bit of a break to work on some music and has released “Killing Me” in late October: it is his first indie-release.
However, he has just announced his first-ever own tour in South America (he had already toured this area with the band Cimorelli in April 2016) as well as three dates in the United States. During these shows, he will be exclusively performing, new songs off his next album that we are all waiting eagerly for, which explains the name he gave the tour “The Sneak Peek Tour”.
these tour dates are just a chance for us to try out the new music and prepare for bigger tours next year, I promise I’ll see you all in the near future 🌹 can’t wait to announce tomorrow!

Jacob will, indeed, play shows in New York, NY on January 19th, in Columbus whose state is the name one of his songs, on January 21st, and in Los Angeles, on February 2nd.
Only a few months later, Jacob will be heading for South America where he will perform three times in Brazil (in Curitiba on April 17th, in Sao Paulo on April 20th and in Rio de Janeiro on April 22nd), in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on April 19th, in Santiago, Chile on April 21st and in Mexico City, Mexico on April 25th. Even although the dates are pretty close from one-another, we hope he’ll find time to have fun and enjoy the beauty of those Latin-American countries.
The tickets go on sale on December 22nd and the first 20 to buy general admission will get free VIP upgrade so be ready!
All European fans are waiting for him to come back, which he will probably do in the course of 2018, once he releases officially album 2, that, I have no doubts, will be even better than his debut album.
In the meantime, if Jacob Whitesides is coming near you, you shouldn’t miss out on the opportunity because he will get bigger and bigger in the years to come, believe me on this. You won’t regret seeing him: he’s an extremely talented young artist as well as an incredible human being (and the nicest guy ever during the meet and greets).
