Kim expressed her thoughts on whether she was planning to have any more kids, in a 2018 interview with E! News after being asked if she and her husband were planning for a fourth child: “I don’t know. I read something that it was, you know — none of that was true.”
“But I’ve been really open about it and talked about it on our show, so I don’t know,” the KKW Beauty guru also told the outlet. “We start filming season 16 next week, so if I think about it more and it’s gonna happen, you’ll definitely see it on the show. But as of now, no.”
The reality star has been extremely open about her use of surrogacy in the past. Speaking to Elle magazine last May, she said, “the control is hard at the beginning. Once you let that go, it’s the best experience. I would recommend surrogacy for anybody.”
Fans of the beauty guru will know that she has tried to keep Chicago’s surrogate away from the public eye as much as possible, in an attempt to allow the surrogate to maintain her privacy. However, viewers of Keeping up with the Kardashians were treated to a glimpse of her last season.
