What’s your inspiration behind the track ‘Tabby Night’?
My drive to succeed whatever the odds. Brush the dirt off my shoulder. Ladies is pimps too. Tabby Night is about the lifestyle I lead and how I balance my time and relationships
What do you hope your listeners get out of this track? This track is a breath of fresh air! Taking a moment away from everything going on in our lives. I hope their hearts beat faster. I want them to wake up the next day and feel revived. How would you describe your style in 5 words? My music style is very genuine, witty, melodic, daring, & encouraging
How did you get the name Tabby Wakes? I trained in the harshest conditions for twenty-two moons. On the dawn of the last day, as the sun rose over the mountains, I caught a swallow in my fist, yet gently enough not to break its wings. As I released it into the sky, Cifu christens me… Tabby Wakes. Actually, it’s an abbreviation of my name

How would you describe yourself in 5 words? spontaneous, fun, tabby, timeless, eccentric
What are your goals for 2019? I’m excited to drop new music, create new sounds, play more shows, travel and collaborate more! I also own a music studio (Blahkwork) so as an official small business owner I hope to grow my business into the gem it is.
