The City Stuck in Time

July 28, 20171 min read

This July, I had the privilege of going to Paris, France to meet up with my family for vacation. I had never been to Europe before this trip and had no idea what to expect. Although the media portrays Paris as, “The City of Love,” It wasn’t The Eiffel Tower or other monuments that I fell in love with. It was the way the sun didn’t start setting until 9 pm. How there was a cafe at almost every street you passed. The way the buildings all had metallic details on the gates and seemed to be looming over you but still feel inviting. The way the air somehow seemed whimsical. The following are all images captured on my trip to Paris, taken with a Canon Rebel EOS T6.

Arc De Triomphe

The Eiffel Tower

The Louvre

Seine River

Notre Dame Cathedral

Fireworks, Bastille Day

Palace of Versailles

Versailles Garden
