Following the events of May 22, at Manchester Arena after Ariana Grande’s Dangerous Woman Tour, I have been beyond speechless and heartbroken. The world has gained 22 new angels of love and light, and we will not let terrorism win. We will not let fear win! Ariana has been a beacon of hope for those who choose to love and spread peace on their journeys through life and this incident is a direct assault on our morale, but we will not fall!
To Ariana: you are our moonlight
There’s no doubt in anyone’s mind that Ariana feels responsible for what occurred, but now is the time where we should rally around her, the victims’ families, and the survivors and give them tremendous amounts of love! SPREAD LOVE NOT HATE!
This hauntingly magical moment in time seems like a gift from the heavens today, here the people of Manchester sing along with Ari, and the radiance of their souls shines through the darkness of the events that soon followed.
To the people of Manchester, to Ariana, and all Arianators: we here are at Affinity are thinking of you, and we love you! You are our hope and our light! The sun will shine on Manchester again, and when it does we will rejoice and know that whatever struggles we face at the moment, those too shall pass!
To Ariana, thank you so much. Thank you so much for blessing us with your gift, and thank you for taking us with you on this journey of music and love. Personally, you’ve taught me so much about loving myself, and others, and letting others love me.
